Carnalea Club Crest

Carnalea was the first municipal golf Course in Ireland and the Prime Minister of Northern Ireland drove the first ball. It was located at the home of the Royal Belfast Club from 1891 to 1926. On the 1st April, 1964, the club took over the management of the club. Golf has been played at Carnalea for over 100 years with the Club growing in popularity in North Down and beyond with every given year.
It is not just golf at Carnalea, we have always been proud of our full and varied social calendar.

History of Carnalea
